Bob Lawler

In August, 2010, Bob left his staff position as Associate Pastor to Dr. Leroy Gainey at First Baptist, Vacaville to assume the role of Associational Director

of Missions (now referred to as Mission Catalyst). Bob serves REBA's ~50 churches and teaches in Gateway Seminary's ADVANCE Leadership Development program at San Quentin State Penitentiary. He has also served two terms as the Vice President of the California Directors of Missions Fellowship.


Bob earned the Master of Divinity degree with a concentration in Christian Education from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary (now Gateway Seminary of the SBC).


Bob served for one year as Baptist Campus Minister at the College of Marin, 

as Pastor of North Shore Baptist Church, Peabody, MA for nine years, and as Associate Pastor at FBC, Vacaville for over eight years.

Georgiana Maddocks

Administrative Assistant

Georgiana has served the Redwood Empire for over 15+ years as its Administrative Assistant. She holds the corporate office of Secretary, and performs the regular accounting functions for the Association, as well as for Cazadero Baptist Camp. Georgiana is the Registrar for the Redwood Empire School of Ministry, our seminary-based ADVANCE certificate and diploma program. She ministers to women and children at her home church in Vacaville (FBC), has a special companion in her dog, Sadie, and is rarely without chocolate.
