After 15+ years in service to our Association, Mission Catalyst (DOM) Bob Lawler retired at the end of 2025. Our Associational Search Team identified God's man and successor to the role of Director of Missions, and he has been unanimously called by the messengers to the 2025 REBA Annual Meeting.  Welcome, Amel Dominguez!

The Leadership Team of REBA consists of the Mission Catalyst, four officers (Moderator, Vice Moderator, Treasurer, and Clerk-Historian), and consultants for our four Missional Objectives  (Incarnational Ministry, Embraceable Evangelism, Lifestyle Discipleship, and Church Multiplication).

    James serves as the Pastor of North Hills Church, Vallejo. Prior to his leadership there, Pastor Watson served as Associate Pastor  at Trinity Baptist Church in Livermore, CA.

    Paul is the Pastor of Grace Fellowship Church in Dixon where he has served as Associate Pastor and now as Senior Pastor.

    Miguel Rodriguez

    Miguel is Pastor of Lincoln Hill Community Church in San Rafael. LHCC is a multi-cultural church where Miguel preaches alternating in Spanish and English. Miguel is a long-time advocate and administrator of Leadership Development through Gateway Seminary and directs the REBA Advance  program at San Quentin Prison.  miguelrodriguez@lincolnhillchurch.com .
